Medium yellow.
Nose of pineapple, orchard fruits, touch of honeyed richness.
Palate medium+ sweetness with balancing acids. This feels nearly timeless and not very mature yet.

Sep 4th, 2022Served with brats, braised cabbage, potato salad and cranberry sauce. Pale yellow. Vibrant, pit fruit driven aromas. Luscious, medium plus sweetness was an excellent foil to the sausage and spicy mustard. I would call it classically balanced. I think it will age well, but who knows with the screw cap?
