Mature, not improving. Called petrol by many, but more epazote, greengage plum, golden fruits, dried apricot. Well balanced and ready to drink.

My first serious riesling experience and it was great! A nice straw yellow color. Immediate but incredibly intriguing petrol & burned rubber hints. Then, exotic fruit & honey. In the mouth it's pure and pleasant honey with the spark of acidity of a medium riped apricot. It's an Auslese, so the residual sugar is really high and it's possible to feel it on the lips but it's not sickly, by the way. Long-lived, long pleasure and long persistance. Perfectly paired with blue cheeses and also "anatra all'arancia".

Amazon petrol notes with a well integrated acidity and sweetness. Great sipper and great food pairing with buttery halibut or any seafood. Had the 1999

Stony lemon pith, wet chalkboard and honeysuckle. Juicy and bright. Wish I had dozens of these in the cellar instead of the couple I have left.

Parchment and honeysuckle aromas, and then gorgeous liquid stone and honeysuckle flavors. Stunning length and crystalline depth.
