This is not the Pinot Blanc but just the Beerenauslese. Lots of honey botrytis, marmalade, nuts, lots of stone fruits, dried pineapple, toffee, lemon pastry, citrus, yellow florals, soft, light, sandy minerality, the acidity will keep this wine 50 years...imagining the added complexity it will have in 20-30 years. Beautiful dessert wine.

Jan 21st, 2017Wow - 😎 - need my shades for the piercing white light rainbow of flavor I tasted here. Sweet, sure, but my teeth walked away unscathed. The aromas and palate are incredible in this range.
