Oh how hip I am! Hip Hip Hooray! Okay no more puns. Let’s get on with it. This is BONKERS! Deeply fruited nose and step up in intensity from the Ôlberg. Deep penetrating citrus oil aromas. So pure and defined. Cotton candy. Sweet pink grapefruit. White peach, nectarine, so so complex. Just sick. Has that 14 tension and energy. Deep wine and the echoes of the very well defined but very youthful citrus fruit coat your mouth. Huge acids and very very mineral but so so much under that has yet to reveal. Massive structure, power and concentration with just a long and super epic finish. Check back in 5 years but insane wine. So long.

Jun 15th, 2018My first bottle was corked but I got lucky with this one. Just ethereal transcendent dry Riesling. Too young and needed almost 2 hours to open up but the refinement and breeding of this was top class. Brilliant wine.

Aug 20th, 2016OMFG! Open for 2 weeks. Confectionary, cotton candy. Amazing density and lightness. Texture is bonkers. So juicy and complex. This is insane. Long and silky. Insane. This is brilliant. 0.4 grams of RS.

Nose is confectionary. A lovely lemon oil richness.
Palate : mineral. Lemon oil. Incredibly precise. Some lemon soda. As this opens some grapefruit.
Nose is a 9.5. Palate is 9.2. Brilliant palate. But lacks a skoche of density.

Lots of tension, freshness, levity, and a distinct minty or cooling herbal aspect. Still a bit reduced. Will be interesting to see if aging brings any complexity to this. I imagine it will.

May 5th, 2019Lovely mineral nose. I love the hint of tropicality that is definitely second chair to the mineral and acid duo. Very well made. Bought from Fass selections. ... after an hour just this gorgeous perfect tangerine on the nose. Super pretty. I’m guessing in 5 years the palate will be equally crazy.
