True St. Laurent character. Sour cherry, graphite and bright acidity. Well balanced and made, but simple.

Very smooth with light tannins, medium acidity and a strawberry flavour. Reminded me of a Pinot noir.

Decent......Austrian! Who'd of thunk it?? Pinot Noir in disguise. Soft fruit, mainly strawberries up front, but other fruits arrive with some earth and spice finish. A little astringent, maybe due to age??? Recommended at Awai, a great vegan (yup you read it right-the boy from Alberta) restaurant in Bloor West Village. Plants and vegetables meet fine dining. Seriously! Outstanding new resto. I rate the food at least a full point higher than the wine.
