White peach, saline, rocks, flowers, so subtle yet so beautiful. It’s complex in a serene way. Gorgeous, with wonderful acidity and freshness but also soft and mineral. So much energy but also soft. Gorgeous inner mouth aromas. Tangy, faint hints of citrus.

Outrageous and unique and so so well made. Rauschling is here! Nose of sea air, white peach, citrus and more. Super fruit and saline aromas. Palate is ridiculously elegant and intense with stunning balance, purity and minerality. Ultra clean and precise and like the Pinot it floats on the palate. Finish is all juicy lime and minerals. Terrific grip, sap, concentration and purity as it opens and such wonderful sweet lime on the finish!

Pop and pour. This btl did not last long. On the nose: cucumber, mint, lime, stone, melon rind. On the palate: excellent acidity, stone, tangy lime and melon, more stony minerality and solid density. Nice long finish with a touch of grapefruit and a hint of oiliness.
