So good

Took a little while to open up, but when it did, oh yeah!

Minerality, rock dust and spice. Distant hint of gasoline. Fruit is hiding, it seems slightly tropical but also citrus-like in its profile. Not particularly long, complex or exciting. "Just" a very good dry Pfalz-riesling, nice and mature. Destined to match tonights' Thai prawn curry.
