No fruit, all stones and sulphur when first opened. Really quite delicious, but I wouldn't call it a kabinett. No way light and playful, more like a dry riesling with heaps of extract. It needs time! Opens up to quite a floral nose with ample stone fruits - yellow peach, kinda nectarine. Palate shows decent ripeness - candied orange, almost exotic tones, honey. Stony finish. Don't always enjoy Austrian riesling, but this was delish!

Savory like it was it's job.....I wish this exact wine was consumed on the Somm Doc so I could hear them debate the shit out of Gv vs Riesl. ...Enjoyed but not what I recall from prior Knoll in the 345. Ferry Plaza.
