Deep gold bordering amber color. What even was this? Ripe peach, baked apple, spice — particularly cumin. Rich without any sweetness and a savory salinity. Had with cumin lamb. Actually worked. Such a cool wine.

So, so beautiful. Just in a perfect place, and this bottle was better than the last. Quite full on the nose with great secondary white fruit, good minerality, and a perfect finish with just the right smidge of acid. Really nice.
