Wow! If you can imagine drinking a mountain side of flowers, pressed for a year, turned Into a wonderful elixir, then this is it. Oh, and it has a surprisingly petrol-herbaceous nose to boot. Almost effervescent in mouthfeel. Definitely worth a spin.

I don't know if it is possible to get salinity & honey from the same glass of wine, but somehow this does it. The layers across the palate bend the mind in the best way.
