Much more expressive than the 2018, with crunchy underripe apricot, green mango, lime & lemon zest, a touch of green grapefruit. On the palate this is precise & pure with a core of juicy, electric acidity and spicy, slightly salty minerality. Great depth & loads of character. I’m curious how this vintage will evolve!

Feb 14th, 2021Subdued aromatics with very subtle, fresh green apricot & white peach. But what a mouthfeel! Great depth & precision, layered complexity on a mineral foundation, fresh, clean & clear as a mountain spring, beautiful length. This a beautiful wine, subtle & quiet yet unforgettable.
