Centgrafenberg Trocken Silvaner

So fresh and so pure. So complex. Finish is so long. Sappy and nervy. Really wonderful. So good. Stunning. Super complex and elegant. Unreal purity and depth. Light yet dense. So good. Really really impressive.

Very exiting nose. Confectionery sugars, greens that are sweet, fiddlehead ferns, sugar snap peas, mineral and airy. Even a hint of saline. Palate is elegant, linear and focused. Juicy and clean. A bit simple. Nice but the J bottling of this is really a big step up. Nice length. Good.

Nose is airy and full of sweet greens. Oily and rich but also fresh and energetic. Nice aromas. Deep and a bit of the classic Silvaner savory elements. Sugar snap peas. So pretty. Palate is electric! Huge freshness, acid and brings the Thunder. A bit short but could lengthen with air. Clean. I think it will gain length with air. I’ll be back.

Big ripe nose, mineral and some nice fruits. Juicy and clean. So nice. Good mineral, very juicy. Acid is very good in context of the wine.
