Off dry. Petrol, peach, apricots w/sugar sprinkled on them and bracing acidity. Worked great in a pinch with spicy Mexican food.

This is my go-to for an inexpensive Riesling. I don't typically care for Riesling because it can be very sweet, but this is not at all cloying. Goes well with glazed meats.
