Oh, Hirschy Hirsch Hirsch. This one seems to be straddling that delicious line between young and old. Starting to show signs of being that mature type white wine, but still showing that gorgeous crispness and acidity that you've come to love in good dry Riesling. Not always a fan of fence sitters, but it's hard to argue with awesomeness.

That’s what I expect from a good Niederösterreich Riesling. Minerals, acidity, petrol aspects. Like it. Bit more age probably wouldn’t hurt though. Very bright and fresh acidity under it. No particular bouquet though.
