Wintricher Geierslay Feinherb Riesling

Mosel in yo face crossed with Steinmetz style. Wow. What a wine. Amazing minerality and acidity. Wow.

Call it a day with Steinmetz. I will never become a real fan of the 2011 vintage but this wine is really enjoyable and gets better with some air.

Wrong wine

Wow. So fresh. Classic mosel Feinherb. Some age in the palate. Really classic. Some herbal notes. Perfect green apple. So crisp. Like biting into an apple right off the tree.

Super drinkable and not super sweet.
