Stunning. Confectionary peach and apricot, tiny petrol note, then saline sea-breeze complexity, almost like the greatest swimming pool in the world. Palate is dry, juicy, concentrated, energetic, with terrific tension and outrageous inner-mouth aromas. Fruit is youthening up as it opens. 9.4 to 9.5 overnight. Much more finesse.

Sep 9th, 2023Wow. Love these. Wow is that mineral. Stunning mineral depth. Just dizzying. Amazing. Tree bark. Citrus rind. Almost a crystalline purity. Again, so airy like a scene in nature. Super complex nose. Maybe a 9.8. Wow, that is insane. That’s a 9.8 palate. It’s ripe but so crystalline and pure. Focused and nimble. Insane concentration and purity. Dancing pitter patter of acid. So so delicate. Finish is just insane and insane. Early season apricot. Mirabelle plum. Wow. Cleansing acids. Not painful and gently caressing. Insane concentration and power but at the same time it’s super nimble and round. Genius.

Nose: lightly vegetal. White flowers. As it opens white flower/ lemon oil heaven. Lemon flowers. Whoooooooeeee!!!
Palate: mineral. Elegant lemons. Sweet lemons. As this opens elegant lemony richness. A hint of really good dried apricot. Not the stupid fat ones, the amazing shriveled tart ones. Man. The razors edge of richness, acidity and tartness. It’s the wall of mosel. A kiss of sexy lemon oil.
