Gorgeously poignant mineral nose. Lemon, lemon flower. Closed but it’s all there. Direct mineral essence that goes straight up your nose. Yellow flowers, wild mint, melon, green possibly orange. Wow the mint, Really intense and expansive. Palate is so silky and my goodness what a mineral explosion. Round and yet so mineral. Wow. This is mindblowing. So juicy and compact. Amazing, wine of the collection mouthfeel and a finish that just keeps pumping the most intense and mouth caressing minerals. The nose is such a round, mineral bomb. Omg the fruit is coming out. Tangelo, red grapefruit, kumquat. Not a loud wine but a serene, gentle wine that has not one hair out of place. This is becoming the signature wine of the estate. 19/21/22 all perfect or near perfect wines. Wow what a silky texture and just perfect balance. Salty finish. Let’s see what air does. Sensational. As this opens the nose becomes crazy confectionary. The palate is silky, textured, dense and superbly balanced and pure but seems to be closing. But what a finish.

More massive minerals on the epic nose. Pulverized slate dust. So complex. Apricot. Peach. So vivid. Some vulcanized rubber. Deeply penetrative nose. Herbal and salty. Rich, racy, creamy and very complex. Juicy and elegant. Serene. Yet suberb mineral structure and awesome purity. Almost tannic on the finish. Amazing breadth and depth. Finish is forever. What a wine! Citrus now on the nose. Tangerine juice. Pink grapefruit. Power, elegance and insane concentration. Wow. Superb depth. Endless depth. Special.

Stunning mineral nose with amazing slate aromas, wet rocks and depth. Ripe peach and apricot. Lifting, refined and elegant. Also a wonderful earthy after the rain aroma. Crushed rock dust as well. Such a mesmerizing nose. The minerality is through the roof! It’s so bright and broad and unique. What an amazing site! Palate is brilliant. Super mineral and extremely concentrated with uncommon depth and such razor sharp acidity. Wow the minerality is profound here. It’s overwhelming and crashes on your palate like waves on rocks at high tide. Amazing layered and refined finish. Linear and with just amazing focus. Love the concentration and focus here as usually wines this concentrated can lose focus. Not here! The nose smells like pulverized rock dust now. This is as classy as a 1er cru white burgundy from an elite producer. Extremely finesse driven and finesses all that concentration and minerality with ease. Brilliant wine from perhaps Stefan’s best site.

Holy crap. The intensity of fruit and minerality is amazing.

Nose: green apple flower. Aerated minerals. White flowers. Gorgeous nose. More confectionery as it opens.

Palate: such fine minerals. Perfect echoes of green apple. Razor sharp. Almost like still champagne from Riesling. As this opens. Richer. Really delicious. Super juicy. Internal aromatics approaching elite status.

Density is coming out. Almost chewy. .

Finish is intense. Mineral. Dense apple. Acids. Rich. Sweet minerals.

Nose: an elegant perfume of green apples.

Palate: perfect crunchy green apple juice. Powders minerals. Crystalline acids. Elegant density. Almost crunchy. There is a perfection about this. Stunningly well made. Wow.

Almost the platonic apogee of dry mosel Riesling.
