Stunning. What a nose. Yellow fruits, apricot, green apple, spice, pears, slate and wild mint. But it will get more expansive with air. I guarantee that. The nose is crazy complex and wide open. Palate is just absurd. Next level juiciness and so much sap and richness but dry and ethereal. So nimble and so pure. Just stunning and blowing me away. 2020 is so utterly classic. Insane concentration and depth. This is so complex. So many flavors and almost a bit tannic on the explosively complex finish. Just an amazing wine. So gentle get so forceful. Unreal. Nose is more feral after air. Lovely funk. So deep and perfumed now. So juicy and dense but amazing rocks and acids. Finishes so mineral. Such a dense finish.

Confectionery but also a scene in nature. Wow. Saffron? Smells sweet like but is bone dry. Juicy and pure, so fresh and so compact. Structured and dense. Crystalline purity. Compact. Stunning. Wow acid. Cheeks tingle and tongue does not tingle. Amazing freshness. This is superb and dense, but so nimble and elegant. The length is endless. This is as brilliant as anything I’ve ever had at fass selections.

Mosel riesling for white burgundy lovers. Massive and opulent but somehow also graceful. Golden plum, green apple, pineapple, crushed herbs.

It took a few hours to open up, initially it was lacking the minerality and depth I expected but it got there eventually. This is super clean, like it washed down a northern German creek and straight into the bottle clean. Lemony fresh, lime juice, all the citrus in there on the finish.
