Forst Trocken Riesling

Easy drinking but not a lot of character.

Picked this up on the wine road (weinstrasse) in Germany. Nice balance , flavor and body. Went perfectly with our flounder

Lovely Riesling with a good balance of fruit and acidity. Purchased at Cork and Fork.

Some typical Riesling aromas, slight petroleum without being too much, lime and some peach too. Very dry with good acidity with stony and mineral tones, and nice length for the price. 89-90

Un nez typé de Riesling Allemand, lime et un peu de pétrole, pêche. Un vin sec, touche pétillante mais à peine, bonne acidité avec de la roche mouillée et une certaine minéralité tout en ayant une longueur respectable. 89-90
