21 year old Kabinett. Some might say that this is past it’s peak, but I love Kabinetts with age on them. Beautiful amber color. Peach or apricot ok the nose. On the palate vibrant acidity. This doesn’t have a lot of life left but still so good right now.

Kabinett from a bit difficult year. More muscle and body than I usually prefer (also 12%) thus not the most elegant in my book. Very enjoyable nevertheless and should drink nicely for some time

Super friendly, not too sweet, petrol, chalk, slate, fresh apricot and lime. Light as a butterfly but with just enough depth and length to grab your attention.
