Nice fresh apple, hint of flower and melon.. dry.. fresh acidity with a nice citrus and spicy effect.. not complex but tasty, light and fresh! I love it!

On the lemony side. Paired well with grilled pork Tenderloin, screened in porch, soul searching conversation. Also possibly best wine label ever.
