Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett Riesling

Shimmering pale straw w/flecks of green - big petrol on nose along w/finely detailed slate, lemon, lime and white flowers. Razor sharp acidity, angular w/slightest hint of silk - more citrus, slate & golden apple on palate leading to dry finish. Teutonic precision here.

Tart and mineral with baking apples and citrus and a hint of petrol. Good acidity and food friendly.

Lovely excuse for a very late night bottle. Lovely marigold color with med viscosity. Buttery pear flower pollen. To the palate pear, citrus, white peach to the front, cream, flint shale to the back. Med finish and oh sooo refreshing.
