White peaches & grilled pears jump out on this very aromatic nose. The body matches the nose beautifully intertwined and has a heavier viscosity to it. This one you can enjoy the vibrancy now, or let age a good 10 years to watch the petrol components develop on this weightier palate.

Pretty pretty nose. Balanced. Kind of wine you can drink by itself or with just about anything short of a steak. Good QPR

(Blind at Birba) - Slightly terpenic nose. Lifted aromatics. Lime and green apple - fresh.Significant frizzante, but not sparkling - just petillant. The acidity didn't seem super high to me. I blinded this as a Getariako Txakolina. As it warmed up, the aromatics were consistent with German Riesling. I just wasn’t sure the acid was quite high enough, and the frizzante threw me for a loop. Overall, this is really pleasant - fresh with some aromatic complexity.

Limey, green apple notes. Strong petroleum, slate notes. Nice acidity, freshness on a warm summer day.

This organic Trocken blew my mind. Balanced and nuanced yet exuberant and lively at the same time. Made me dance the hokey pokey and turn myself around.
