Jan 28th, 2016Easily the new (to me) Riesling producer I'm most excited to have found out about. This is serious, masculine juice, done in a very serious, Burgundian style. Prominent reductive notes, heavy lees contact, etc. Along with Von Winning, the best example I've had of a decidedly unGerman style of winemaking that still works beautifully.
