A salty dog on this go around. Reading less tropical with more lime and slate. Was able to pick a few more and have four more bottles.

Muscular and structured from Baden Würtemberg. Blind tasters rallied together to accurately call this. Have one more bottle.

Graves vibes! Gooseberry, jackfruit, green papaya, and flinty citrus. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak. Nice weight, texture, and structure with 9 months of lees coming into focus. Broad mineral backbone. 12.5% alc. and wearing it better than the Goldatzel. Will try to hold the other few bottles and will likely succumb to pressure.

Crisp, very dry, lots of slate minerality, fruity lime and green apple. Well balanced and lovely with food
