New Zealand Pinot like. Fruit core. Stewed fruit and spice on the nose. Med weight tannins with cherry pop on finish. Delicious chilled on this warm day. Needs another 5 years at least.

Aug 10th, 2014Definitely a sipper that opens up as you drink. Meaty nose, medium body, cherries and spice, heavy on the tannins. A little dirty and funky on the backend. Fruitier as it opens up. ABV sneaks up on you.

It's seems like a dry pinot noir, that is very smooth initially and finishes with a small kick. I taste blueberries, cherries and some oak. Yumm
