Nice and easy to drink, big fruity flavors with vanilla. Kind of like a wine hug. — 3 years ago
Aroma of cola and spice with a touch of juicy plum, tastes like drinking chocolate cola through a licorice straw. Outstanding at a $20 price point — a year ago

I think past it’s prime but was drinkable. Would try it again but not crazy about it — 4 years ago
Smells like nibbling cherries in the middle of the woods, earthy, woodsy, dark. Tastes like eating a dark berry cobbler in a wood paneled smoking lounge. Paired so well with white bean dip…the garlic, salt and richness made the fruit get bright and stand out. I’m a huge fan…solid by itself or with a cheese board also. Worth its $40. — 2 years ago
Good balance of acidity and body; notes of apricot (esp skin) and banana. Nice sipper. Interesting pairing with spicy cheese and sausage. Gave the wine a sweeter quality. — 3 years ago
Good complexity and enjoyed something different in the summer. — 3 years ago

Four years in French oak deepens the ripe plum-ness on the front palate that then mellows into an edgy vanilla. Never had this grape before. Anxious to try with Smokey foods, such smoked Gouda or a bbq-ed meat with sauce. Yummy on its own too — a year ago
