Perfect with Indian food. Neither too sweet not too dry, light (11.5%) but with body & white burgundy-like undertones & finish

Light, refreshing, and a very moderate sense of carbonation in the mid palate. Tested this with a pairing to Mexican taco salad and was wonderfully surprised - helped to balance some of the spice but also accented some of the sweetness in the mango pico and the gaucomolle. This was the full 1 liter bottle as well which allowed this to be shared more.

May 16th, 2018Squint smile. Love this riesling! Can't get enough of it. Sweet but balanced by acid with a zip on the tongue.

2014 vintage. Zippy and fresh with passionfruit, nectarine, pineapple, pear, candied lime, white and yellow flowers, wet rocks. Good extract and just the right kiss of sweetness. Love the litre format!
