Lean, powerful, high amplitude bright stuff.

Chamomile and lemons and green apples. Spicy fresh muddled ginger and spearmint socializing with raw pastry dough.

Nose is deep and complex. Mouth comes with some umph and raciness. It’s serious - tiny woven bubbles and good length.

Really like this guy. It's not the lean, bright, acid driven sparkler. Rich, toasted brioche, coffee, and dense. I need to try his other sparklers.
