Another excellent wine from Beurer. Compared to the Gipskeuper, this is softer and rounder, with flavors more in the apple/quince spectrum rather than the grapefruit flavors of its sibling. Strong mineral undercurrent.

So delicious! It distracted the aunties for a full 20 minutes-- long enough to wash the dishes and let the dogs sample the turkey leftovers. This is a wonderful reisling. A bit dry. Flowery. Bought at tableWINE.
