Discarded his first youth this "Junge Schwaben" Riesling from Jochen Beurer shows a lovely mix of yellow stone fruit, grapefruit, nuts, some white flowers and a hint of an exotic component (pineapple, mango) on the nose. On the palate the wine is elegant, yet it has a certain amount of power & tension. Mineral & stone driven finish with a great "acidity kick" on the backend.
