Nice reduction in the nose, with some salty popcorn enriched with fresh, herby, minty note. Not overly expressive and highly intriguing.
In the palate this is not shy - great purity & concentration, with loads of green lime acidity surrounding a core of yellow stone fruit. A touch of wood in the background and, again, the fresh herbs add complexity.
I wanted to decant this, but half the bottle is already gone! This is delicious stuff - elegant & quite complex and yet so drinkable.
