When I am not home to choose which wines to open, the corks start flying. This btl shouldn't have been opened yet, since it just arrived earlier this week, but oh well. On the nose, lovely salinity, sour lychee, and peach. On the palate, fantastic acidity, excellent density, but somehow not harmonious...loads of wet stone minerality and nice salinity, but missing something. I'm going to give this the benefit of the doubt and call it bottle shock.

Man. This is delicious.
Nose is so mineral. Dense. Big wet stones.
Palate is early season apricots with big minerals. dense. Very juicy. Super crisp and fresh. Crunchy.
Long finish.
