Ridiculous nose featuring yeasty, minerally, floral appley scents. So fresh. Vivid and lively mouthfilling fruit. So gulpable. Iām going to drink this after workouts.

The effervescence from the medium to high acidity gives perfect balance to the sweetness. Not the sweetest Riesling out there, but still best served very chilled at the beginning of the evening with pungent creamy cheeses
