Hofberg Kabinett Riesling

understated with great lime zest, minerality, and acid. not obviously an ebullient '09.

Lovely. Really has come out of its shell with a couple of years on it. Floral, light honey sweetness, bright acidity keeps it well balanced.

Very nice, stil fresh, bit creamy, tropical fruit

This just keeps on going. Rich and creamy. Won’t get better or more complex, so enjoy this beauty within a few years from now.

Almost too good to be true. More a spatlese than a kabinett. Beezwax, pineapple, a whiff of botrytis, cotton candy. Salty. Viscous, rich and totally a point.

Musk melon. Nicely balanced. Much sweeter than the last wine

Straw colored. 2nd driest style of Riesling. Musk melon on the nose. Very sweet, wholesome mouthfeel.

Temps are rising, so bring on the Kabinetts!
This is a very distinctive, superclean and creamy example. Love it.

Ripe and sweet, warm vintage.

Awesome. Layers of flavor and smells. Complexity for days.
