Solid straightforward Mosel. Aromas like lemon zest and underripe stone fruit. Acid for days. I really enjoy direct expressions of Riesling like this.

Underwhelming. Obviously not the high-end of Mosel but this doesn't suggest "vintage of a lifetime" to me. Acid, but not much else going on and frankly a bit boring. We'll see if it opens up over the next day or two.

A little tight in the beginning and took a minute to open up on the nose but once the glass did it showed a good amount of slated minerality, white pepper, green veggies and papaya. The wine became much more full bodied with peach flesh ripeness and a salty sweet finish.
