Second red wine on the wine drive at Waterford. Dark and deep ruby red. A touch of caramel on the nose with a little bit of gamminess, spices and plums. Medium tannins (6.5/10) and full bodied. Rich with lots of layers on the palate with dark berries and spices. Long finish. Drink till 2024.
Made up of 92% Shiraz, 6% Mourvedre, and 2% Grenache Noir. Aged for 20 months in neutral French oak barrels and 111 barrels produced. This vintage is named after Nadine, Kevin Arnold and his wife, Heather's daughter.
