Not what I expected out of an Australian Cabernet... but in this case it's a good thing. This is an enjoyable pick. Light at the front and finishes really warm. I'd drink it again.

Very rewarding wine that offered good body and stood well against roast Irish beef and rich gravy. Nice cherry and dark plum with a fresh aroma and hint of liquorice.
