Burnished gold in the glass. Shy nose and full palate of ripe red apples and canned cling peaches. Acidity is quite low for this variety and style (but this is New York, not Canada or Germany, so…). Finish is present. If the acidity co ULS balance the fruit and RS this would be great. As it is, pour it over some fruit (those canned peaches?) and enjoy it in a tipsy fruit cup, or use it to sweeten fresh lemonade.

Cloying and intensely sweet tropical fruits. Drinkable only with an extremely sweet dessert.

I never say no to ice wines 🍷 lol... This one is alright tho, not much fragrance. A bit of apple and blueberries notes I think?

Gold standard for NY ice wines. Super pure Riesling grape flavor with intense sweetness and body.

Dec 25th, 2016Golden hue. Plus body and medium acidity. Aromas and flavors of apricot, golden raisins, honey, marmalade, and orange. Jammy and sweet, like orange soda without the fizz. Absurdly drinkable.
