I love red blends and 2010 was a great red vintage in the finger lakes. This is a great example of an excellent FLX blend. The oak and fruit are beautifully balanced and the crisp acid cuts through a nice steak like a hot knife through buttah.

2010 vintage was another warmer summer in #flxwine I've been holding onto this for a few years and still have a 2007 hanging in the storage unit. Light old oak on the nose with some dark black cherry notes plus a small hint of vanilla cream. Very smooth, spiced dark fruit with a similar finish. For a 2010 it still has a bit of bite on the finish. I have another bottle that I will let go a little longer still!

One of my favorites!!! High tannins and great strong dark fruit flavor. Great with meat and pasta sauce.

Extremely smooth velvety feel. Tastes great with grilled steaks. Pairing with the grilled steaks really brings out the hint of vanilla
