A serious Pfalz qualitatswein, I think. Such minerality & layers, with an edge of sweetness but just alluded to. In a almost completely Trocken style but not. I don’t know this maker well but oozes quality. Refreshing after a Mets loss. Thiesse/ Skurnik importer.

Sep 27th, 2020The nose and palate show initial bursts of fleshy, lush fruit. Tense acidity lines the palate and adds texture & brightness. Screwcap bottle with some referment happening which isn’t my favorite thing. Overall very nice with pasta primavera.
