2017 excellent paired with spicy Korean BBQ chicken wings

Fantastic food wine. Paired with uni, oysters, spice-rubbed pork chop, hamachi crudo with persimmon*. Balanced. A surprising smorgasbord of aromas + flavors for its age and price: jasmine, yuzu, apricot, lychee, persimmon, white pepper and even a slight petrol note. Luxurious and on the fatter side but the pork liked that. Lindsey and I give it two thumbs up.

Wood on the nose. Some perfume. Ok fruit. Green apple Very Good freshness and very crunchy minerality.
