The high acid helps counter spicier/saltier foods. fish. Paired it with ancho pepper spiced monk fish and grilled asparagus. A little overbearingly sweet before food, but when served with food, the fresh lemon citrus, grilled pineapple, caramelized grilled peaches explode on the palate.
