This is clearly mature, but great balancing acidity has kept this very lively, Spatlese off-dry sweetness, long, lingering finish, quite fine!!

May 2nd, 2025Gosh, I just love aged German Riesling, sweeter the better, though this Spatlese works — faint petrol aromas, but also very floral with some faint apricot and peach, great balance/acidity on palate, medium-long finish, very fine, if not quite outstanding, just lovely!!
