Like the label: flowers. Floral aromas, mostly citrus flowers, but flowers nonetheless. On the palate it’s jammy and oakey with dark berries and ripe dark fruit. Dark bitter chocolates and nice caramel notes with hazelnut (not sweet). Has some heat... Looked at the label: 14.5% so that makes sense.

2010 - 100% Tinta de Toro aus Bio-Einzellage. Der kann was, Frucht und Würze gehen mit Druck einher, schöne dichte und komplexe Sache !
