And rightly so--remarkable deep orange / pink tinged color, with a bountiful array of flavors integrating with a couple hours of air. Nutty sherried quality harmonizes with blood orange, red fruits, marzipan, caramel, and a bit of exotic spice. Amphora-derived earthy texture. Paired perfectly with a carbonara with bacon and fresh uni.
