Perfumes light-bodied cool climate Pinot, highly aromatic, with bright raspberries and some candied cherries. Balanced with some whole cluster (or early pick) green peppercorns, spice, and mineral. A “crunchy” wine, this will benefit from a little air or time in bottle. Lovely stuff, and pleasantly weighs in at only 12.2% ABV. Slightly hazy, reminds me of some recent low-sulfur and bio wines I’ve tried. SommSelect
