Marche Bianco

Mineral, ripe apple, stonefruit aromas and flavors, perhaps a little fat, could have a tad more acidity to balance, medium-long finish, refreshing!!

Zipper, bright acid.

Strong acidity, lots of lemon. With farro and Swiss chard.

Lovely wine with the appetizers. Balanced, good acidity with a hint of green apples. Pecorino 40%, Incrocio Bruni (Verdicchio x Sauvignon) 20% and Sangiovese (vinified in white) 20%
