The Given Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

64% Syrah, 36% Cab. Classic Walla Walla nose of smoky embers and dark, low-toned pure berry fruit. Little iodine minerally thing. Broad and textured in the mouth, good acid/tannin balance. Flavors are dark, minerally, and savory. I love the concept of all proceeds going to help the hard-working vineyard and agricultural workers who labor in the area obtain healthcare.

Proceeds from this wine go to a clinic that helps people on the Walla Walla region, with no questions asked. Damn socialism is helping out migrant workers who help grow the grapes for the wines I love.
I can only hope that sounded sarcastic,

Fresh bog fruits, pencil lead, slate, tarragon, a hint of merengue. Good wine, great cause, nuff’ said.

Still wonderful Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon blend ($20). Perfect accompaniment to rack of lamb

Really enjoyed this. Velvety and plush but plenty of freshness. Cassis, blackberry, cherries, mocha, and smoke.
