Really dry cider, reminded me of a sour beer. Needs something salty to go with it. Could be a good palate cleanser between meals. Remember this for thanksgiving.

There is smoke and earth and the sea in my glass, pretty stunning for so light (in color and body) cider. Very atypical. Not for everyone. Pair with a bratwurst sausage and I'm sold.

really dug this at the end of a long boozy day of epic eating. but so austere and zingy I wonder if it'd be a bit much in any other context.
